United Women Singapore is on the hunt for youth Volunteer Facilitator(s) for the UWS Boys Empowered programme!

Our UWS Boys Empowered programme aims at educating and empowering boys between 12 and 16 years to model strength without violence and be allies for gender equality.

Following are the requirements for the Volunteer Facilitator role:

1. Aligned with the programme objectives, we currently require only male volunteers.

2. Age group between 20 to 40 years old.

3. Able to commit minimum TWO workshops per year.

4. Able to facilitate during weekdays and/or Saturdays.

All volunteers are required to attend the following:
1. Online Volunteer Briefing
- A one-hour online onboarding session will be held on first week of March. Date will be advised via email.

2. Facilitator Training
- A half day training session will be conducted in person.
- Venue address will be confirmed and provided via email.

NOTE:
- Volunteer participation will be confirmed subject to internal assessment.
- All volunteer facilitators will be required to attend facilitator training provided by UWS.
- Facilitator guide, workshop content and activities will be provided during the Facilitator Training Session.
