To best support the University of Utah Remote and Austere Conditions (RAC) Grand Challenge initiative, the VPR Office is hosting a series of virtual team building and information sessions designed to help proposers answer questions about the Grand Challenge, receive feedback/input on their concept, find new collaborators or team-members, become a collaborator on a RAC project, and more. This event is open to all interested in the program. As a reminder, the RAC Grand Challenge seeks to fund innovative research projects that focus on developing novel techniques, technologies, and methods for remote and austere environments. Awards will be up to $250,000 of direct costs and indirect costs will not be provided. Those interested in submitting to the RAC Grand Challenge are strongly encouraged to attend one or more virtual sessions.
