Please read the material below, complete and submit this booking form and then make your payment by BACS: Cumbria Canoeists: Sort Code 01-08-93 A/c 14482177

Please use your name followed by "SKE2'n,p,q...." where the letters correspond to which events you have booked onto, as the reference so that we can match your payment to your events.

Please note that booking is made on a "payment received" basis. Because of issues we have had with payments from some participants we will only book you on events if you pay at the time of booking.

If there are no places left on your chosen workshop(s), we will let you know and refund the relevant fee. If you are not a member of British Canoeing you must make the higher event payment to cover insurance costs.

You'll receive a confirmation email with your responses after submitting this form. You can use the link provided in that email to review, add or amend your bookings.

Full details and joining instructions for each event will be emailed to you prior to each workshop.
