All Volunteer Naturalists must attend training.
Jug Bay's mission is to increase awareness, understanding, and appreciation of estuarine and other natural ecosystems and their conservation through outdoor education, research, stewardship, and volunteering. With this in mind, we also know that none of us are experts and we all learn new things each day. This is why training is essential and required for all Volunteer Naturalists. We want to be sure our patrons and students are getting the highest quality experience.
Are you willing to attend training as required? This will be set up at *
Background Check *
You will be required to have a background check run with AACo. Parks and Rec in order to work with the education department here at JBWS. They take about 2 weeks to complete and are good for 3 years from date of completion. We do all the work, you just need to complete a form.
A copy of your responses will be emailed to the address you provided.
