Gladstone Community PTA - how can you help?
Please take a few moments to let us know if there are areas below where you'd be willing to help out with up-coming school events and to help us raise money for school improvements, including an upgrade of the Hall.

2019 activities are in the diary, but we are also considering running a Gala in 2020. We know that this event is very popular with our children and our community, but we will only commit to this if we have a good-sized team to put it together.

We plan to make this decision at the 13 August PTA meeting and would appreciate an indication of interest - including areas that you would be willing to support - by Friday 9th August.

2019 Halloween Disco (Fri 1 Nov); we need a small team to organize posters & decorations, set up the hall, help on the night, and clean up the following day.
2019 Calendar Art; we require 1-2 parents to coordinate & distribute orders late in Term 3 and in Term 4
2019 Art Night (Thur 12 Dec); we're after people to  arrange food and a bar for this event.
2020 Gladstone Gala; please tick all areas where you'd be willing to support the Gala.
