Puppies are $2500 unless otherwise noted with a $500 non-refundable deposit once application is approved. The $500 is deducted from the total price negotiated for the puppy. If application is approved, are you ready to submit the non-refundable deposit? Fee can be delivered via, Venmo, Cash app, Apple Pay, PayPal or cash. *
Final contract will be signed on the day that you pick your dog between wk 5-6 and final payment will be due on our before GOTCHA DAY! Do you agree to this? *
Puppy pick is determined based upon when deposits and applications are received. Therefore, the sooner the non-refundable deposit is received the better the chances of getting the pick of the litter. Do you understand to this? *
How will you confine your dog to your property? *
How many hours per day will your dog be left alone? *
Are you aware that Goldendoodles require grooming approximately ever 6-8 weeks? *
Are you aware that Goldendoodles require brushing multiple times per week to keep their coats fresh and free from mattes? *
Puppies will arrive with vet cleared health certificate, 1 year health guarantee, dewormed, first set of shots given, and a puppy starter kit. *

All puppies are sold under contract to spay/neuter before one year of age. New puppy owner is required to give documentation of spay/neuter to Doverdoodlesfl upon completion of procedure.  Do you agree to this? *
Do you commit to keep your new puppy up to date on all vaccinations and flea/tick/worm preventions? *
Please list Veterinarian that you will be using? *
If at anytime there is a need to re-home the dog, the current owner must contact Doverdoodlesfl and we will find a new home for the dog? This is not a buy back or reselling it is only a re-homing service. *
