Please fill this out if you would like to request books or DVDs for curbside pickup. Requests must be placed within the week you plan to pick up your items. Items not picked up within that week's timeframe will be added back to circulation for others to check out.

We ask that you please call when you arrive at the library so that we will know to bring your bagged and labeled items out to the table located in our front entrance lobby, where you can then pick them up. Please wait outside a minute or two after calling to allow us time to get your order out to the pick-up table.
