High School Summer Weights Registration

DETAILS:

The strength & conditioning program is open to All Students entering 6th to 12th grade.  This is a FREE program to attend.  The goal is to improve athletic performance, strength output, and injury prevention.  Each workout consists of 5-8 exercises, focusing on core movements, olympic lifting, and speed training.  The training program runs off of 2 Cycles (each cycle is 4 weeks, 4 day workout week HS, 3 day workout week MS) in accordance with the 8 week summer training block.  Students who attend 70% of the program (24 out of 35 sessions) will receive a free T-Shirt.  The high school program will be treated as advanced weight training.

WHAT TO BRING:

Students will be required to bring proper footwear (tennis shoes), shorts/sweatpants, t-shirt/sweatshirt.  Plastic/rubber/molded cleats are recommended for running on the grass during sprint training sessions.  Show up every day with these items!  Water bottles are recommended.  All school handbook expectations will be followed.

High School - Monday -Thursday 7:00-8:30 AM, 4:00-5:30 PM, 6:00-7:30 PM
