I have a repertoire of discussion protocols that I use on a regular basis. I choose discussion protocols that are aligned with the specific purposes I’ve identified for each part of my session agenda. The use of these protocols supports engagement and adult development in my meetings and professional learning sessions.

I have experimented with discussion protocols but would like to grow my craft in using protocols strategically to build individual and team capacity and achieve my goals.
