Rapid COVID tests are required for all non-vaccinated mission trip participants and will be administered in the church parking lot at 12:30pm just prior to departure. Please submit your name below if you are not yet fully vaccinated (we love you and you're awesome--we just want to try and prevent bringing COVID along for the trip!).
