Please complete this form for your sponsorship of the 25th Annual Hill of Truth Festival on October 7 & 8, 2023. Please provide a high resolution digital file for marketing materials ASAP to contact@clinchvalleytrailalliance.org and provide any signage you would like displayed at the event by October 6, 2023. Preferred signage is a 2’ x 6’ banner. Please collect all signage by 2pm, Sunday, Oct 8, 2023. Deadline for receipt of sponsorship donations is August 30, 2023 to ensure inclusion on event t-shirts, on the Hill of Truth Festival website, event registration site and in social media posts. Donations are payable by check or PayPal.
