NHS Marching Band Volunteer Form 2021-2022
Each person volunteering must fill out their own individual form.  To be eligible to volunteer with the Music Department, you must receive a Level 3 Background Clearance from SafeVisitor or be employed by Noblesville Schools.  A SafeVisitor link will be available in your confirmation email after you complete this form.  Please be aware that there is a $18.95 fee to apply for the Level 3 clearance.  Clearance is now good for 6 years and good for ALL Noblesville Schools.
