SJC MCR Room Booking Form
Before completing this form, please ensure that you have read and understood the 'Room Booking' section at https://mcr.sjc.ox.ac.uk/mcr-building/. If you have any questions please email mcr-secretary@sjc.ox.ac.uk.

Any events meeting the following decanal criteria must be forwarded to the Junior Deans for final approval:
  1. Events with more than 20 total attendees.
  2. Events with more than 4 non-SJC attendees.
  3. Events where an external speaker will be present.
  4. Events where alcohol will be consumed/served.
If this applies to your event, please wait for the Secretary to contact you after completing this form. If you have not heard back within a reasonable period of time, you may email mcr-secretary@sjc.ox.ac.uk to follow-up.

Please note the decanal process must be initiated at least 7 days before the booking. Do not submit this form if there is insufficient time remaining. Your event will likely be rejected.
