The undersigned appoints Ann Hayter, the Secretary of the Four Mile Lake Association, on behalf of the Board of Directors, as my proxyholder to attend the Annual General Meeting for the 2019/20 Fiscal Year to be held on Sunday, March 7th, 2021 via Zoom Conference Call.The proxyholder named above has the authority to vote and act for me to the same extent that I would if personally present.
I authorize and instruct my proxy to use his or her best judgement on all other matters which properly come before the meeting and for which a general power may be used. *

Do you approve the minutes of the Annual General Meeting minutes held on Sunday, June 23, 2019. *
Do you approve the Auditors Notice to Reader and the audited financial statements for the 2019/20 Fiscal Year. *
Do you approve and reaffirm the existing Board of Directors for the 2020/21 fiscal year:  Doug Timmins, Ann Hayter, Ann Castaldo, Greg Worona, Craig Chandler, Saul Chernos. *
The Ontario Not For Profit Corporations Act (ONCA) Bill 154 has made changes for small not for profit organizations.  One of them is the ability to waive an audit for that year if your revenue is less than $100,000 with 80% of the membership voting in favour at a meeting of members.  Currently the FMLA spends approximately $1800 per year on an audit and our revenue is well below $100,000.  We currently have 209 members so we would need at minimum 167 votes to waive an audit.
