We are excited to meet with you for post-secondary planning, academic advice and problem solving. Bluevale Guidance will use this form to set appointment times and mode (Google Meet in most circumstances). Appointments will be set for the days students are in their at home learning cohort whenever possible. DLP students may also request appointments. Parents may use this form or email Guidance counselors directly. ALL appointment times will be sent to WRDSB email, so please check regularly. Your google meet link will also appear in an email. Looking forward to "seeing you".

VERY important. While we will take a look at course changes, they are largely unlikely. We will not be considering changes to courses a student already has in his/her timetable. Thanks so much for your support!!
