Committee Chair and Support Members
Committee Chairs are the head coordinators for their task, activity or event with the ability to invite additional support members  (if necessary) 
There is no limit on how many people can or should join a chair to complete a committee, but some committees are simply a task only needing 1 person and some are bigger events/activities that require multiple people. 

This form is for collection of information for interest committees and support members relating to PTSO.  Closer to the end of the year, PTSO will reach out to interested individuals.

Basic Info: Vendor market, student market, food trucks, movie and possibly other items. Date depends on board decision. Multiple committee people would be great here

Sponsorships & Donations:

All year long. Finding, keeping and maintaining sponsorships and company relations. Reaching out for donations and asking sponsors: for events scheduled during the year, or products needed or additional support. This would be great for at least two people who communicate together as a team.

Basic Info: online links, social media sharing, harkins summer movie passes (march/april) sales and collection.

Basic Info: classrooms sign up for a theme to ask parents to donate, collection of donations to make gift baskets for silent auction, open auction during event (with bookfair on thurs evening) This is a great committee for multiple people

Ice Cream Social 

Basic Info: PTSO purchases ice cream and we give out free during 1 day during fall book fair. Free social event. 
This event is 1 x a year: great for 2 people.

Spirit Shirt Coordinator (also Hoodies)

Basic Info: design shirt, sell shirts at meet the teacher night with PTSO board , collect orders and invoice accordingly for additional shirt sales. This is good for 2 people

Basic Info: Works with shirt coordinator to distribute orders or help process orders, may help at meet the teacher. Updates website and ordering information may help with invoicing and collecting orders with shirt coordinator. This is good for 2 people

Volunteer recruitment/appreciation 

Basic Info: help grow support from the community members of our school through getting volunteers for events and extra help during the year, being a positive recruiter.  Appreciation event at the end of the year is a possibility to plan. This can be multiple people.
