Location address for the yoga delivery (please note this needs to be a clean and cleared space before Sarah arrives that will fit the number of children in safely. For outdoor events please provide a space with cover for bad weather to prevent any disruptions to sessions)

Sarah's Yoga Warriors recognises the need to ensure the welfare and safety of all children. Please ensure Sarah is informed of any participants that can not be included in any media being taken for Health & Safety protocols before or on the day a sessions begins. If there are any participants, these children will be safely placed out of any media taken. If any photographs and/or videos that are taken will be the property of Sarah’s Yoga Warriors only and not passed onto any third party. These photos and videos may be used in public relations and marketing, this may be on the Facebook page, Instagram, website or other materials and the undersigned or the child/ren will not be identified by name, nor will any compensation be extended for such use. *

Payment Terms & Booking Information

£100 fee includes all the essentials for an inclusive package, covering everything from pre-event preparations and rehearsals to travel logistics and the actual execution of each yoga session.

Mats and any props will be provided for. A bluetooth speaker for the music system is provided so no electrical leads are required.

Rehearsals & prep begins once payment is received in full no later than 14 days before the event takes place
Payment Method: Bank Transfer
Bank account information will be provided via email only within the Invoice Document
Conditions: Please ensure your payment name can be linked to the booking. You will be notified once payment is received and your booking is confirmed. Payments are non-refundable but will occur if Sarah’s Yoga Warriors is absent in which case will be received as account credit.
