Thank you for participating in the 2022 NC Mushroom Quest! We are pleased you will be joining other North Carolinians from the mountains to the sea as we document the many mushrooms in our state September 23-26.

How to earn your NC Mushroom Quest patch:

1) Create a free iNaturalist account through their app or website
2) Make observations!  Photograph 7 mushrooms in North Carolina September 23-26 and upload them to iNaturalist by October 3.
3) Report your participation below and claim your badge!  Each participant will need to complete their own form to receive their badge.  

Once we receive your form, we'll mail your badge to you!
