SHS Family Technology Form
SHS Families.  School is scheduled to resume on August 10 using online instruction until August 17 OR until Governor Ducey will allow schools to reopen.  The purpose of this form is to identify families that have internet but no device AS WELL AS identify families that have no reliable internet access.  We encourage students to use devices that are available at home (smart phones, tablets, laptops, desktops) due to the limited number of Chromebooks that are available for checkout.  All families - please complete this form as soon as possible.  We will begin calling families who do not complete this form next week.  This form will be sent to all parents and guardians that are indicated in PowerSchool; however, only one form should be completed for each student.
