EstVCA is happy to invite you to our next Coffee Connections seminar on April 28 at 3 PM, this time fully online and concentrating on ESG topic. A framework towards Environmental, Social, and Corporate Governance (ESG) performance has been set on the EU level. One of the significant regulatory changes taking place in the EU is the application of the sustainable finance disclosure regulation (SFDR) effective as of 10 March 2021. The event will give a brief overview of SFDR and provide guidelines and practical tips for Estonian PE/VC funds on how to implement the requirements.
