Administered by the Maryland State Wrestling Association (MSWA), the MSWA All Academic Team award recognizes those student-athletes who excel both in the classroom and on the mat.  

To be eligible the nominee must attend a high school in Maryland and have participated in a high school wrestling program for the  wrestling 2023-24 season.  Awards will be based on a combination of academic and wrestling performance with an emphasis on the academics.  The MSWA will be accepting applications starting Monday March 25, 2024 through midnight on April 28, 2023.  The all academic team selections will be finalized by April 28, 2024 and posted on the MSWA All-Academic Team site.  While not part of the initial nomination process, please be prepared to provide back-up documentation (e.g. a high school transcript) for any of the test scores or grades provided.
