This 8-week programme is liberating, helping you to gain a better understanding of health, body image and nutrition. As well as guide you through identifying physical-, emotional- and taste- hunger, and find the courage to quit diets with your coach, Christina.
At the start of your journey, Christina will assess your nutrition status and your relationship with food. Together, you'll also set some goals for the next few weeks.
Over the next 6 weeks, members will discuss body image, health, enjoying food, eating well and how to cope with diet culture, food and body critics in your day-to-day.
This programme includes 2 private nutrition assessments with our registered nutritionist, Christina, along with 6 weeks of group sessions held weekly.
