The 2024 Georgia High School Musical Theatre Awards – Shuler Hensley Awards® will occur on Thursday, April 18, 2024 at the Cobb Energy Performing Arts Centre. THE EVENT WILL BE TELEVISED!

We purchase tickets as a school and then distribute internally to students and parents.
• We do not know how many tickets we will be able to get to the live show.
• We have the opportunity to purchase up to 50 tickets in our first order.
• If there are still seats available after all participating schools order , we can purchase more.
• Students and directors who receive nominations will be given a ticket for themselves and one guest.
• If we are nominated for ensemble/showstopper/group categories, we will receive additional tickets.
• Students who are part of Star Council or Ensemble will not need a ticket and do not see the show because they are part of the production.
EVERY FAMILY SHOULD COMPLETE THIS FORM
• Fill out this form and indicate how many tickets you want to purchase. Include your student in the count.
• Milton Theatre is purchasing one ticket for each student that wants to attend. Additional tickets for parents or guests are $45 each.
• You will not know what if any nominations Milton will receive when you complete the form.
• You will indicate how many tickets you want to purchase for three scenarios:
- 1. if your child receives a nomination (individual or group)
- 2. if your child does not receive a nomination (individual or group) but others at Milton do
- 3. if nobody at Milton receives a nomination
• You may not cancel your order after Wednesday March 20, 2024 at 8pm
• This form will only be open Sunday March 16, 2024 8 pm to Wed March 20, 2024 8 pm
• Once we have confirmed the total number of tickets Milton has, we will assign tickets
• Tickets will be assigned in the order in which this form was completed. Ticket priority will be given to cast and crew first and then parents.
• Payment for tickets will be due by Monday March 25th.
• Once we have confirmed the total number of tickets for MHS and upon payment, tickets will be distributed
• Cost of tickets are approximately $45 and payments can be made on the MTC website
ADDITIONAL TICKETING GUIDELINES
• Ticket requests will be taken on a one parent per student, in the order the form was completed
• If you order tickets and change your mind, you will be asked to pay for your ticket unless another family wants your ticket.
• After one parent per student is honored, If we have remaining tickets, priority will be given to:
- nominated students
- senior students
- remaining families in the order the form was completed
• Seat locations are unknown; parents may not have seats together.
• Directors will review and approve final distribution of tickets.
• We are hopeful we will get all the tickets we would like and none of the above priorities will be needed
