1. Sorting Hat Technologies Private Limited (“Unacademy”) shall be opening its first offline experience unit (“Store”) at 30/B,
     Pusa Road, New Delhi 110060 on 12th March 2022 and shall be hosting a launch event on 12th March 2022 and 13th March
     2022 (“Event”).
2.  Individuals who wish to experience the Event will have to fill in the details requested above and register themselves.
3.  Individuals must carry a screenshot of the acknowledgement to the submission of the registration form and must be present
     at the venue 15 minutes before the selected slot.
4.  All individuals who register are eligible for a Unacademy t-shirt. Only one t-shirt will be provided per registration.Sizes are
     subject to availability.
5.  Meet and greet with educators will be on a first come first serve basis. Prior booking of the slot is mandatory. Unacademy
     will act as a facilitator between the visitors and the educators. Unacademy will not be liable for any actions of the educator
     unless those actions are in terms with these terms and conditions.
6.   Individuals/visitors who buy a Unacademy subscription of 1 year or more on dates of the Event at the Store will be eligible
      for Unacademy merchandise and a 6-month extension on their subscription.
7.   The Unacademy merchandise are non-exchangeable, non-substitutable and cannot be exchanged for cash or cash
      equivalent.
      The Unacademy merchandise are not for sale and visitors shall not sell them separately in the market.
8.   Unacademy does not guarantee the quality and usability of the products in the merchandise. No refund or replacement shall
      be provided on the products of the Unacademy merchandise.
9.   All individuals who enter the Store shall abide by the Covid- 19 protocols and safety guidelines prescribed by the
      Government.
10. Unacademy reserves the right to deny/refuse entry to any individual and all decisions taken by Unacademy shall be deemed
      to be final.
11. Unacademy shall not be responsible for personal belongings of individuals who enter the Store.
12. Unacademy reserves the right to modify, add or delete any of the Terms at any point of time at its sole discretion without
       serving any prior intimation.
13. Any disputes with respect to the Event shall be subject to the sole jurisdiction of courts in Delhi, India.
14. Minors to be accompanied by an adult.
15. The Event and the registration form shall be governed by these terms and conditions, online privacy policy and other terms
      and conditions available on Unacademy platform as maybe amended from time to time at the discretion of Unacademy.
16. Unacademy shall not be responsible for any loss or damage or claims if it discontinues or cancels the Event for any reason
      that it deems fit. In such an event, Unacademy shall inform about such cancellation as soon as possible.
17. Note that parking would not be available at the venue. Vehicle owners are responsible for their own vehicles.
