Volunteers are crucial to the success of Downtown Pontiac. We are looking for individuals interested in volunteering with us in a wide variety of positions. Volunteering can take as much or as little time as you like, there are opportunities to fit within a variety of schedules. When we're looking for volunteers to do something you've expressed an interest in doing, we'll let you know about the opportunity. Then you'll let us know if you'd like to take it on or not - it's as simple as that! Descriptions of volunteer positions can be found throughout this form.

Downtown Beautification: a team will meet regularly to pick up litter/weed/etc. throughout downtown.

Administrative Help: as needed, help stuff and label envelopes, info packets, etc., make copies, light data entry.

Event Setup/Teardown: help set up tables, chairs, tents, barricades, etc. for events.

Event Help: Greet people, sit at info tables and answer questions, take donations, etc.

Information Distribution: Take fliers/letters/etc. to downtown businesses for distribution.

Other: We can't see into the future, and opportunities outside of these might come up. If you're interested in hearing about those let us know!
