Reason for Recall:

The Preview Strep A Test Kit is designed for professional use in CLIA lab settings. The use of this kit by customers over the counter (OTC), without a prescription, in non-CLIA lab testing environments is inconsistent with the device's cleared intended use.

What You Should Do:

  • Stop using the product immediately. Please do not use any remaining Strep A Test Kits that you may have.
  • Return Process. We are offering a process for return and refund for these kits. Details on how to return your product and receive a refund will be provided below.
