Mega Meet participation form(For people outside of Finland)

This is an event organized by Duel Masters Finland. The event will take place in July (1.-5.7.2024). The event fee is 80€(+optional services). More info at: https://duelmasters.fi/megameet.html

With this form you reserve your spot for the Mega meet. When you've sent the form we will send you a confirmation to your email that your spot is reserved and the payment information to pay the event fee.

Permission to be photographed. At the event there might be pictures taken that will be used in DMFs picture gallery, social media, or other related things like the web page. *

1) I can be photographed, and those photos can be used in the gallery and outside of it related to DMFs activities..

2) I can be photographed, but only to the gallery and a page linked to it. (Not for example on social media) If I partake in the group photo DMF can use it how they choose. The group photo is voluntary.

3) I can't be photographed. If my face is showing in some pictures, before publishing them my face has to be blurred. If I partake in the group photo DMF can use it as they choose. Group photo is voluntary.
