頌缽實用入門 (新課程) 聽缽。持缽。敲缽。磨缽。靜心。
由基本開始，一個頌缽，一呼一吸，一敲一聽，由心經歷，修習安定。對象：想了解頌缽之人士 | 想學習頌缽基本使用方法及靜心之人士 | 已有頌缽但不懂如何使用之人士

2. 純粹。聽缽 In the Sound of Singing Bowl (2-3人小組 Group)讓我們靜聽頌缽的一聲起、一音滅，在原始的頻率中，躺下，呼吸，沉澱。 工作坊適合18歲或以上人士參加。
Lie down, relax, simply allow yourself to experience the ancient sound from the Earth. Ground deeply into the peaceful presence.

在沉穩的頌缽音聲中，躺下，放鬆，容許自然的頻率一圈一圈深入內在，找回安靜的空間。
卸下日常的糖衣，重拾純粹的心，回到原本的自己。
Just allow yourself to melt into the vibration of singing bowl. Let the ancient sound touch your heart and settle in peaceful silence. Awaken the inner-peace in your daily lives.

頌缽行者 Hyzuii 2013年開始修習頌缽及靈氣，數年前成立慢行團，自此隨緣到不同地方分享頌缽及各種靜心體驗。她喜歡純粹，相信所有經歷都是經驗。深深呼吸，慢慢走，看見身邊美好，自然會走到要去的地方。
Hyzuii, has been a Singing Bowl and Reiki practitioner since 2013. She established the “Slow Tribe” group (慢行團) a few years ago to share the vibration of singing bowl and various mindfulness experiences. For her, life is all about experience. Breathing in, breathing out, walk slowly, be present in every step, and embrace each encounter along the flow of life.
