1) kohustub tasuma ruumide ja seal paikneva vara kasutamise eest vastavalt Eesti teaduste akadeemias kehtestatud hinnakirjale, hiljemalt 10 (kümne) kalendripäeva jooksul arve esitamise päevast;
2) võtab vastutuse ruumide ja seal paiknevale varale kahju tekitamise, vara hävimise või kaotsimineku ning ruumides tuleohutusnõuete järgimise eest õigusaktides ja Eesti teaduste akadeemias kehtestatud tingimustel ning korras.

and
1) commits to pay for the use of the rooms and property located therein, according to the price list established by the Estonian Academy of Sciences, no later than 10 (ten) calendar days from the date of invoicing;
and 
2) assumes responsibility for causing damage to the premises and property located therein, for the loss or destruction of the property, and for compliance with fire safety requirements in accordance with the legislation and conditions established by the Estonian Academy of Sciences.
