Farmers Market Food Unit Permit
The purpose of this anonymous survey is to gather feedback from Tennessee farmers market vendors and operators alike in regards to the new FARMERS MARKET FOOD UNIT PERMIT which allows tent vendors to prepare and serve food at farmers markets after meeting certain TN Dept. of Health requirements and obtaining an annual permit.
