I would like to be a part of the planning process and provide brainstorming and communication with PTA via email or meetings.

I would like to provide onsite setup of the event and arrive an hour before event start time to assist PTA with venue setup and materials.

I would like to stay onsite during the event to assist with check-in, food handling, and anything else the PTA or families need.

I would like to help initiate breakdown process at the end of the event and remain onsite to assist until an hour after the event end time.
