Food Stall/Market Stall/Trade Stall Holder Application 2024
Please fill out the below form if you wish to attend Miles From Anywhere Auto Show & Shine on the 3rd Aug 2024 as a Food/Market Stall Holder. This is so we have your info to more accurately track the stall holders attending and ensure that everyone is aware of what is required of them. We will also send you updates if required regarding the event.

How this works (by submitting this form you agree that you have read & agree to the below terms/process):

1. You will receive an email from us once this form is submitted & you have been approved/declined. If we have any questions we will contact you via email.  Miles From Anywhere Auto Group are not obliged to consent to a stall holder application and reserves the right to accept or decline any stall holder application at our sole discretion.

2. Public Liability Insurance is essential to attend the event. Please email a copy to us on milesfromanywhere@outlook.com. Your application will not be approved until we receive a copy of this insurance via email.
*Insurance loss, damage and Public and Product Liability will be the responsibility of the stallholders. Neither the organisers, Miles From Anywhere Auto Group or Miles District Football Club will be responsible for any loss or damage incurred by stall traders, contents, equipment or damage caused by stallholders, or vehicle damage or theft of personal property owned by stallholders.*

3. Remember a $10 site fee is require for a 3x3 space & $15 site fee for a 6x3 space. If you have any special requirements please include that in the appropriate question below - We will alert you via email if these requirements can be done or give further instructions.

4. Powered sites ARE NOT AVAILABLE. You are responsible to have any tables, tents, chairs, gazebos, etc. that you require. We cannot provide any of these & cannot provide an indoor space for you to set up.

5. We will advertise the stall holders attending leading up to the event on our Facebook Group & be shared to local pages. Please submit a logo or image to be used in this advertising in the section below. One image per business will be utilised.

6. Stall holders can enter the venue from 7am & Food/Drink Vans from 6am to set up. The event opens to Vehicle entry at 9am & to the public at 10am. The event ends at 3pm. You will be allowed to park your vehicles behind your stall or nearby depending on where you end up being placed. 

7. If you do not fill out this form or we decline your stall and you turn up on the day you will be turned away.

8. You will be assigned a spot on the day. This is to ensure that no stalls selling similar products are set up next to each other. If you would like to be placed next to someone else please leave that in the special requirements question.  Please see Noleen (wearing fluro pink vests) upon arriving to be shown to your allocated spot.
