Cost: $1,000 for first three registrants and $500 for each additional registrant

This training is for a team of 4-5 participants to work together on a problem-solving project for their district. These team members will earn their yellow and green belts and could then move on to become designated trainers for your students. The staff of The 5 Disciplines will meet with your team prior to the training to assist with scoping of the project for the Green Belt course, the selection of trainers and the functional structure of a rollout in your district. Our training courses are designed to produce real results and teams are expected to come prepared to work on an actual project...no theoretical exercises. A team-based project is required for Green Belt certification.
