  1. Chances of Winning: The chances of winning any Esusu event are dependent upon the number of entries received. Esusu does not guarantee any specific odds of winning.

  2. Age Limit: Entrants must be at least eighteen (18) years of age or older at the time of entry. They must meet any other eligibility criteria outlined in the official rules to be eligible to win.

  3. No purchase necessary to win: Entries for those not in attendance at an LAFC event can be made by filling out this form.

  4. Liability for Accidents or Incidents: Esusu shall not be liable for any accidents, incidents, injuries, or damages that occur in the suite or at the game. Participants assume all risk and liability when attending any Esusu event or contest.

  5. Selling or Returning Tickets: Tickets for any Esusu event or contest cannot be sold or returned for monetary compensation. Any attempt to do so may result in disqualification from the event or contest.

  6. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from participation in any Esusu event or contest shall be resolved in accordance with the laws of the state of Delaware and in the Courts of the Southern District of New York. All participants agree to submit to the jurisdiction of the state courts in such matters.

  7. Duration of the sweepstakes: Entries will be accepted from 3/26/23 - 4/12/23
