An Assistant Manager will be expected to help out when ever they can. They are very helpful people and not rude or disrespectful. It is preferred that they are over 16 years old but exceptions can be made. They do not necessarily need to have knowledge on how to run a server or troubleshoot problems. Being able to play modded Minecraft with intermediate skill (particularly the modpacks on our Servers) is a major plus but not required.

Managers will be expected to help out when ever they can. Managers will be in charge of the day to day operations of the server they are in charge of. They will be expected to have leadership skills or a want to develop leadership skills. It is preferred that they are over 16 years old but exceptions can be made. They will need to have at least intermediate knowledge on how to run a server or troubleshoot problems. Managers preferably like to face challenges and use brainstorming and research to solve issues. A wide variety of people can be a manager, but it will take more devotion than an Assistant Manager.

These people are the backbone of the server. As a tech advisor and developer you would help out with hardware and software issues. It is a must to have experience in a tech related position. What we will consider experience is very broad and doesn't just involve employment so list anything.
