Doors open 18.15
Doors close 18.40 so the method can start. If you arrive after this time, you will not be allowed in unfortunately so do arrive as the doors open. 
The event will finish by 20.15, with an optional tea afterwards and the session ending by 20.30

- yoga mat 
- shawl if you get cold 
- eye mask if you like

Let us know if you need a yoga mat as we do have some but potentially not enough for everyone.

Because there is much preparation to run this event and spaces are limited, we will not offer refunds for cancellations. However, you are welcome to transfer your space to a friend or check if we have a wait list.  *
