RealTalk@MIT Conversation Leader Interest Form
Interested in a paid opportunity to have a positive impact on the MIT community while learning important communication skills and receiving a professional certificate? If so, please fill out this form!

What's realtalk@MIT? It's a campus-wide program, led by MIT's Center for Constructive Communication (CCC), that will lead facilitated, small group conversations for all incoming first-year students this fall – conversations focused on the expectations they have for the year ahead and the life experiences they’ll bring to their MIT journey.

Plus there's an added bonus: Conversation leaders will also have further opportunities throughout the year to train on and earn certification in AI tools for making sense of the conversations at scale.
