Run Walk  Wheel: MOVE - Movement Minutes Tracking Form
Join Fast and Female for our 3rd Run Walk Wheel, from June 6th to the 12th. This year's theme is MOVE -- Move Your Way and have fun!
Help us reach our collective goal of 20,000 movement minutes tracked, in celebration of the 20,000+ self-identified girls our organization has served over the years.

This collective event is open to everyone, of all ages and identities across Canada.

What are "Movement Minutes" - the amount of time you spent having fun through physical activity. For example dancing with your best friend for 15 minutes = 30 Movement Minutes collected in total (15 minutes each)
All participants will receive a downloadable bib, program e-mails and more, to encourage you to get moving!

Movement Minutes completed will only be counted through submissions through the official form; however, we encourage you to tag us in your photos on social media! Make sure to use the hashtags #FastAndFemale #RunWalkWheel and tag @FastAndFemale
