To request health and wellbeing resource needs from the Health & Wellbeing Team in Residential Engagement & Wellbeing, please fill out this form.
Posters, infographics, pamphlets, and resource cards will still be available, and you can expect your order to arrive at your AC box within one week of request.
Pre-made CA Safer Sex Kits can be picked up at the prescription window in the Keefe Health Center and 38 Woodside (open Mondays-Fridays, not including holidays, from 8:30 AM-4:30 PM).
If you have a specific safer sex supply need (ex. latex-free condoms), please request through this form.
Menstrual cups & discs can also be requested through this form. Students are able to request one re-usable menstrual product/year.
Individual prescription medication disposal kits are available upon request. Students can also dispose of discarded, unused, or old prescription medications at the two drop-boxes on campus (Health Center and Service Center).
