Amber Valley Beer Festival 2022  - Volunteer Form
Setup and takedown are busy times and we need as many volunteers as possible. Please consider helping at these sessions even if you can’t do any others.

The times will be confirmed once we've made arrangements with the other parties we borrow equipment from, usually around 10 days before the Festival starts. Takedown will start on Sunday morning.

All volunteers will receive drink tokens for the hours they work which can be redeemed against ale, cider or perry.
For those working a minimum of 6 consecutive hours you will receive a food voucher.

We would ask anyone who has worked at our festival before to wear one of their previous Amber Festival t-shirts if possible. There will only be a limited number available to borrow for your shift and these will be offered on a first come, first served basis.

Shared taxis home will be provided for those working until the end (11pm) on Friday and Saturday nights. You can reserve a place by adding in the Comments section at the end of the form for Friday and/or Saturday night.
(Please note these will only be traveling a limited distance, i.e not as far as Derby or Nottingham for example.)

Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of your shift so we can ensure that there are sufficient volunteers for the festival to open and maintain adequate levels throughout the day.
