About:
CARE Closet was created to connect patients in active treatment with donations from other breast cancer patients, survivors, thrivers who no longer need their items.
How it Works:
This form allows you to request for items. Enter the corresponding codes for the items you would like, and BCH will contact you within 1-3 business days to coordinate delivery. Some items will be mailed and some will be delivered in person, depending on certain logistics, such as the size of the item.
