ART CLASS AGREEMENT
STUDENT

1) Do give 48 hours notice to re-schedule your class provided there are available slots.
2) If < 24 hour notice, there will be NO re-scheduling of class.
3) No make-up classes available.
4) If you are late for class, no make-up time will be given.
5) Make sure you are fetched on time.
6) Pictures taken during class will be posted on our social media.
FEES
1) Payment of fees MUST be made at least 7 days in advance before the 1st day of each month. A full
payment of minimum 4 lessons per month. Pro-rata is not allowed.
2) The student or parent will inform the Instructor 4 weeks (1 month) in advance if he/ she wishes to
