Attendees can use the following form to submit a complaint (anonymous or otherwise) regarding violations of our Zero Tolerance Policy, which can be viewed at the following link: http://www.iceandfirecon.com/about/general-policies/zero-tolerance-harassment-policy/

Please remember that as a general policy, Ice & Fire Con does *NOT* take sides in personal disputes among individuals. Only in the event that we receive a complaint regarding the harassment of one attendee or a group of attendees by another attendee/group of attendees, followed by documented evidence showing a violation of the aforementioned zero tolerance harassment policy, and that the issue pertains to the Convention itself, will Ice & Fire Con leadership look into such a situation and make any and all decisions on a case-by-case basis

We respectfully request that only those with serious complaints about clear violations of our policies utilize this form.
