Greetings Class of 2023 Parents & Guardians!
A group of parents and guardians of the senior class will once again be working to organize several events to help celebrate our seniors. We will need fundraise for these events and we will need assistance planning and implementing the events. Please sign up below and let us know where you would like to help.
The assistance in fundraising and volunteering is important because it contributes to the support of the following celebration events for our seniors including:
After Prom, May 20, 2023, 11:30 pm -2:30 am
After Prom is a party for seniors and their dates that provides a fun, safe place to go after Senior Prom. A student does not need to attend prom in order to attend After Prom.
It will be held following prom on Saturday, May 20th and into the wee hours of Sunday, May 21st.
It is run by the parents and guardians of SHHS seniors.
Activities will include DJ and dancing, games, photo booths, food and lots of unbelievable prizes!
We will help determining the location, theme and activities at After Prom as well as volunteers for the event.
Senior Clapout, May 30
Senior clapout takes place on Tuesday, May 30th. Students that did not attend a Shaker elementary school can participate at an elementary school of their choosing.
Each senior has an opportunity to head back to their original elementary school in their cap and gown to visit their teachers and principal.
We need volunteers to help coordinate with the elementary schools and volunteer on the day of the event.
