Thanks for your interest in helping with Ride the Cog - your participation makes this fun community event possible, and help is needed from marking the course to registration/check-in to party set-up to running an aid station.

Pre-event help is needed along with actual event, scheduled for Saturday, September 9th, 2023 from 7am-5pm.

Aid Stations - Help riders with water/energy drinks and goodies on route (9/9, 9am-3pm)

Rider Registration/Check-In (9/9, 6:30am-10:30am) - At Hayden Heritage Center

Lunch Set-Up (9/9, 10am-1pm) - Granary Warehouse - Tablecloths, Lemonade/Iced Tea prep

Lunch Welcome/Cashier (9/9, 11:30am-3:30pm) - Check in riders/volunteers/sell lunch tickets

Party Host (9/9, 12noon-4pm) - clear tables, refresh/stock waters/tea/lemonade, etc.

Roving Helper (9/9, rotate times) - check around to see if anyone needs relief or items

Moto Patrol (9/9, 9am-4pm) - on course moto patrol for assistance

Course Teardown (9/9, 4-6pm) - take down all markers, directional signage

Clean-up / Teardown (9/9, 4-6pm) - help clean-up and put-away from party and ride
