Interested in purchasing your own set of Route 66 Roadside Attraction signs? You're in the right place! The original signs were placed by Hampton Inn in 2003 throughout all eight Route 66 states. We're happy to help expand the program throughout the state of Oklahoma.

This program is open to sites directly on an alignment of Historic Route 66 or within 500 ft at major intersections. Signage for "Route 66 adjacent" sites outside of that corridor will be considered on a case-by-case basis with the addition of an additional "Side Trip" graphic on the interpretive sign.

Sites must have a historic significance though there is no specific age requirement. The upper Roadside Attraction sign is identical across all installations and the interpretive text on the lower sign will be determined through a dialogue with the Association and the applicant; space is limited and we want to ensure the content matches the others along the Route 66 corridor. All signs will include the Oklahoma Route 66 Association logo on one side and our website at the bottom. Membership in the Oklahoma Route 66 Association is not required but is preferred.

All applications will go through a review and approval process by the Association. Once the signs are approved, payment of $250 is required before fabrication will begin. Mounting hardware is not included though holes will be pre-drilled for whatever mounting solution you decide.
