- If you want to use my work for commercial purposes, you must inform me beforehand and receive my consent. You will also be charged an extra 30%.
- Fan-art is allowed, however, If you use my artwork of another person's content commercially, I am not to be held accountable.
- I can cancel a commission at any time for any reason, you will not be obligated to pay me for any work completed.
- You may cancel a commission at any stage but still pay me for the work I have completed, including partially completed stages.
- I am not obligated to redo a piece if you are unsatisfied.
- Pay me after the sketch has been completed, unless otherwise agreed upon. PayPal & eTransfers accepted (
velverodraws@gmail.com)! Please provide some proof of transaction once you have sent the payment through.
- I'm not responsible for any money lost in transaction and require the payment in whole before you can receive your commission.
- The total cost is subject to change and this form only provides an estimate , you will be informed of the final price before I start your commission.
- You may not mint any commissioned artwork as NFTs.
- You may not use my artwork, commissioned or otherwise, in any image generation databases.
