The Hamilton County Emergency Management & Homeland Security Agency (EMHSA) has designed exercise toolkits which can be utilized by local jurisdictions within the County, as well as neighboring counties and emergency management partners, to conduct tabletop exercises. Each of the toolkits, which range in complexity from low to high, outline a specific hazard scenario, and include the resources and materials necessary for exercise conduct.
