~We are going to be offering Beauty Passports that the guests.
~The guests can go around to the vendors with their passports. The vendors who are participating in the passport will then give out a sample to the guest and stamp their passport.
~We will have a pre registration for people to register for the passports. So I can keep the ones who want to participate in the passports in the loop of how many we are expecting.
~Vendors who want to participate in the passports MUST hand out a beauty goodie or some type of sample preferably from their company.If their is no way to hand out a sample from the company you could do a  magnet, pen, keychain etc with your company name on it.  In exchange your name and business information will be in the passport.


~Vendor spaces are 8 ft by 4 ft for $45 or 10 ft by 10 ft for $55
~Set up begins at 10:30 am (You must be checked in by 11:30 or your space may be forfeited)
~You must supply your own tables and chairs for the event
~Electric is available but very limited
~Wifi is available
~We will allow one representative per company to showcase at the event
~Once registration is received you will receive an invoice from Square to the email address you list below.
~Once the invoice is paid you will be listed below as a confirmed vendor. You can always refer back to this to check to see that your name is listed.
~If more than one representative registers for the event whomever pays the event first will be the confirmed vendor
~When payment is submitted you are paying for this event on this date. If you cannot make the date you do not receive a credit to use on another event or a refund.
~The day of the event we ask that all vendors stay until the end of the event. Please do not clean up early
~You will receive an email the week of the event from us going over all of the event details
~We will give out 100 swag bags to the guests. You can advertise in these bags for an additional $20 if you are vendor for the event. If you are not a vendor for the event and would like to advertise in the bags the fee is $25. All items are due by  February 5th. Items can be dropped off at an event prior to the due date or they can be mailed to P.O. Box 143 Topton PA 19562.

~Announced and advertising of sponsorship on Facebook and event page
~Swag bag insert.
~Logo and business information of the front of the swag bag
~Logo on event posted and mention of sponsor
~Framed display at main table at event

We advertise by newspaper ads, community bulletin boards, local websites, social media, posters and yard signs. It is also the responsibility of the participating vendors to share the event through Facebook and help spread the word. We work very hard for our shows and to make them be the best they can be for the vendors and the guests.
