International Food Fayre 
We are organising an International Food and Culture Fayre for the 24th February. 

This form is designed to inform us of your interest in setting up a stall with food that represents your culture and to further inform us if you are interested in performing at the International Food and Culture Fayre.

We will be reimbursing you up to £ 20, please keep a receipt of all your purchases for the event.

Would you like to host a food stall at the International Food and Culture Fayre? *
Please write down your EXACT recipe for the dish you will be preparing, highlighting the name and ingredients. including allergen information. So, we can display these on the dates. 

The 14 allergens are: 
celery, cereals containing gluten (such as wheat, barley and oats), 
crustaceans (such as prawns, crabs and lobsters), 
eggs, 
fish, 
lupin, 
milk,
molluscs (such as mussels and oysters),
mustard, 
peanuts, 
sesame, 
soybeans,
sulphur dioxide and sulphites (if the sulphur dioxide and sulphites are at a concentration of more than ten parts per million) 
and tree nuts (such as almonds, hazelnuts, walnuts, brazil nuts, cashews, pecans, pistachios and macadamia nuts).

This also applies to additives, processing aids and any other substances which are present in the final product.
  

If you wish to add history or further reference to your culture, please  feel free to do so by;  bringing objects, materials and any other information that you feel best  represents your culture and even a little explanation of your recipe.
